All services

What does it include?

  • Passwords, accounts and access
  • Microsoft 365 admin (email, Teams, licences)
  • Laptop, phone and printer setup
  • Email, domain and DNS management
  • Backup checks
  • Dealing with your other vendors so you don’t have to

How is it charged?

This is covered by flat monthly support: one fee, based on the size of your business, with no per-seat charges for seats you don't use. Every business client starts with a Migration Audit. How we charge.

Where to start: the Migration Audit. A Migration Audit is where every business client starts. Over one month, including on-site time, we map your systems, find the risks, show where your money goes, and set your monthly support.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an audit before monthly support starts?

Yes. Every business client starts with a Migration Audit, so we understand your setup before we take it on. We don't touch what we don't understand.

What does the monthly fee cover?

General remote support. That includes passwords, accounts and access, Microsoft 365 admin, device and software troubleshooting, email, domain and DNS management, backup checks, and dealing with your other IT vendors.

Do you charge per seat?

No. There are no per-seat charges for seats you don't use. The fee is based on the size of your business.

What isn't covered by the monthly fee?

On-site visits and projects are extras. They're billed in 15-minute blocks, and you see the time.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. You can leave with one month's notice, and we hand over every password, document and admin account.

Ask us anything — free, by email.

Tell us what's going on and we'll give you a straight answer, even if the answer is "you don't need us."

The fine print, in plain English: free advice is general information for a one-off question, given in good faith. It doesn't make you a client and isn't a substitute for a proper look at your systems, and to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for how it's used. Anything beyond that one answer, like follow-up help or work on your systems, is a paid service that we agree with you in writing first.
